Argenta Townhomes is seeking a professional Full-time Maintenance Tech 1 to join their team in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure property operations, resident safety, and overall community satisfaction. This role supports daily maintenance operations, assists with apartment turns, and works under general supervision while following established procedures and safety standards.Working Hours:Typically, FT40, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.
