Job Description

Overview

Levco Management LLC is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for a 264-unit property in Orlando, Florida. This role involves providing leadership, completing work orders, and ensuring a safe and efficient maintenance environment while focusing on customer service and team management.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Assist with the development of capital improvement budgets
  • Manage project management of capital improvements
  • Ensure high-quality customer service to residents
  • Perform and supervise completion of work orders
  • Bid, schedule, and supervise contracted work
  • Schedule and manage apartment make-ready work
  • Perform preventative maintenance programs
  • Complete thorough inspections of work performed
  • Conduct departmental Safety Inspections twice per week
  • Carry out other assigned duties

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Strong HVAC skills (installation and troubleshooting/repair)
  • EPA certification
  • Plumbing skills
  • Electrical skills
  • General apartment maintenance skills (drywall, appliances, etc.)
  • Ability to perform tasks independently
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
