Job Description

Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team at a 264-unit property in Orlando, Florida. The role involves supervising maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing project budgets and work orders efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Assist with development of capital improvement budgets
  • Manage project management of capital improvements
  • Ensure quality of maintenance and turnover work
  • Perform and supervise completion of work orders
  • Bid, schedule, and supervise contracted work
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct thorough inspections of work performed
  • Perform departmental safety inspections twice per week
  • Complete any other duties assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Strong HVAC skills (installation and troubleshooting/repair)
  • EPA certification
  • Plumbing skills
  • Electrical skills
  • General apartment maintenance skills (drywall, appliances, etc.)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
