Overview

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Portland, Oregon, responsible for daily coordination of maintenance tasks, work order system management, and technician supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of maintenance duties while fostering a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage work order software system
  • Supervise and delegate assignments to maintenance technicians
  • Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively and report on maintenance activities

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years of general maintenance and landscaping experience
  • General knowledge of construction and property maintenance
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a cohesive team environment
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
  • Crisis de-escalation and CPR training
