Overview

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. This role offers an opportunity to work for a stable, employee-owned company that has been in the real estate industry for over 55 years, managing over $4 billion in assets.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee contractors and inventory
  • Assist with and oversee resident work orders in apartments
  • Schedule and oversee turnover process of vacant apartments
  • Perform grounds and landscaping work as needed
  • Complete light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in apartments
  • Conduct appliance repair
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform salt and snow removal duties
  • Participate in rotating on-call duties

Required skills

  • Residential maintenance experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Sales skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
