Overview

Sky Resorts is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at the Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort in Ehrenberg, Arizona. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the maintenance team, maintaining facility operations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team
  • Prioritize and assign work orders for timely completion
  • Maintain resort buildings, grounds, pools, and utility systems
  • Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Respond to facility emergencies and resident concerns
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors
  • Manage maintenance projects while ensuring quality and budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and maintenance documentation

Required skills

  • 5 years of maintenance or facilities management experience
  • 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, or similar environments
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and breaker panels
  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations is a plus
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications are desirable
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work order systems
