Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of their maintenance team in Glendale, Arizona. This role focuses on ensuring the maintenance team's efficiency and effectiveness, while also upholding property standards and responding to any service requests or emergencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize, schedule, and direct day-to-day maintenance operations
  • Ensure timely and proper completion of service requests
  • Maintain desirable property appearance and uphold safety standards
  • Conduct regular property inspections for safety hazards
  • Oversee pool safety and maintenance logs
  • Assist with unit turns and after-hours emergency calls
  • Maintain cleaning and organization of the maintenance shop

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with multifamily Maintenance Supervisor roles in large properties
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and building systems
  • EPA and HVAC certifications
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
