Overview

Sky Resorts is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facility operations and maintenance staff at Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort in Ehrenberg, Arizona. This hands-on leadership role involves managing various responsibilities, including electrical and plumbing systems, maintaining resort integrity, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support the maintenance team
  • Prioritize and assign work orders for timely completion
  • Maintain resort buildings, grounds, pools, utility systems, and amenities
  • Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs
  • Respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors
  • Manage maintenance projects within quality, budget, and schedule expectations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with wastewater treatment operations and maintain related systems
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required skills

  • 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, RV communities, or hotels
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general construction
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and performing infrastructure repairs
  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations is a plus
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications are desirable
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online work order systems
