Overview

Bach Team LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Steeplechase Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. The role focuses on maintaining the community's physical condition and appearance while ensuring efficient operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all maintenance improvement projects
  • Oversee the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
  • Coordinate maintenance work with the staff
  • Train assistant maintenance and grounds personnel
  • Schedule and manage maintenance priorities
  • Inspect units, buildings, and common areas, performing necessary repairs
  • Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
  • Promptly address work order requests
  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
  • Oversee landscaping maintenance and irrigation systems
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards
  • Report unusual circumstances regarding the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of maintenance supervisor experience
  • CPO certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Management experience
  • Multi-family property maintenance experience
