Key responsibilities

  • Organize, schedule, and direct maintenance team operations
  • Maintain property appearance and ensure service request guarantees are met
  • Complete and oversee service requests and callbacks
  • Walk the property to identify and prevent safety hazards
  • Uphold safety training instructions and compliance
  • Maintain pool safety and daily logs
  • Ensure maintenance shop is clean and organized
  • Respond to after hour emergency situations
  • Assist with unit turns and meet team goals
