Overview

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their Maintenance Team in Philadelphia. This leadership role involves coordinating maintenance activities across their fleet to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Prioritize repair orders and operational demands
  • Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient
  • Schedule operations to ensure on-time bus performance
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
  • Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment
  • Train and mentor maintenance employees

Required skills

  • 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance
  • Mechanical background
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
