Overview

The Maintenance I position at Target Hospitality involves performing routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and customer service, ensuring that facilities are maintained in optimal condition for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety culture following all SOP's, JSA's, Policies and Procedures
  • Perform preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment
  • Repair, modify, install and maintain building structures and equipment
  • Remove blockages in restroom/kitchen facilities
  • Hangs, patches, textures, and paints sheetrock and drywall
  • Replace and repair ceiling tiles and grid systems
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on buildings and equipment
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal
  • Provide world-class customer service to exceed guest needs
