Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer at Mayroad, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing residential properties and community facilities. With a focus on customer service and sustainable partnerships, you will address various maintenance needs including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across military housing.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and community assets
  • Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, HVAC, and cleaning
  • Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain communication using personal smartphone for job-related coordination
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs

Required skills

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 3+ years of residential maintenance experience
  • Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills
  • Familiarity with basic power tools and construction equipment
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • REAL-ID compliant Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
