Maintenance Administrator Vaughan, ON 18-Month Contract Our manufacturing client in Vaughan is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Administrator (Maintenance & Tech Services Coordinator) to support maintenance, engineering, procurement, and capital project activities. The Perks: $65,000 Benefits 18- month contract Duties: ERP/CMMS and maintenance coordination (35%) - administering asset and work-order records, tracking maintenance activity and costs, coordinating service providers, and preparing reports. Maintenance and engineering procurement coordination (25%) - preparing RFQs, organizing quotations, creating requisitions and purchase orders, tracking deliveries, expediting critical shortages, supporting vendor onboarding, and resolving invoice/payment issues. Capital project and contractor coordination (15%) - supporting approved projects through budget and commitment tracking, scheduling, contractor onboarding, safety documentation, shutdown planning, and project close-out. Technical document control and records management (15%) - maintaining drawings, manuals, OEM documentation, quotations, reports, and project records, including revision control and departmental repositories. Financial, HSE and department support (10%) - reconciling purchase orders, receipts and invoices; supporting budget and audit reporting; and maintaining assigned training, contractor, HSE and corrective-action records. You Bring: 2-year college certificate required; 3-year diploma preferred 1-3 years of related experience (3-5 years preferred) Background in Business Administration, Office Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field Experience with ERP/CMMS systems and purchasing processes Strong Microsoft 365 skills Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Experience with document control, technical records, and manufacturing environments preferred This position splits time between the office and plant floor, so candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following PPE and site safety requirements.
