Overview

Ascenseurs Maxi inc. is seeking a Magasinier to manage the reception, storage, preparation, and shipping of goods necessary for production. The role involves ensuring inventory management and adherence to safety and quality procedures in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive goods and verify delivery conformity (quantity, quality, documentation)
  • Store products while adhering to safety, hygiene, and traceability rules
  • Prepare internal and external orders for production workshops or clients
  • Participate in regular inventory and stock control
  • Use inventory management software (ERP)
  • Load and unload trucks while following safety standards
  • Report anomalies, missing or non-compliant products
  • Maintain and organize storage spaces
  • Follow company quality, safety, and environmental procedures

Required skills

  • Stock management techniques
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouses or industrial settings
  • Experience with inventory management systems (ERP)
  • Forklift operation
