No prior machining or programming experience is required - we will provide training to help you grow into a skilled machine operator, programmer, and machinist.Responsibilities:- Assist machinists and operators with daily shop activities- Prepare raw materials for machining (cutting stock, deburring, cleaning, organizing)- Load/unload parts and monitor machine operations under supervision- Perform basic quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools- Maintain shop organization, including tool inventory and material storage- Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and part labeling- Keep work areas clean and safe, following all company safety protocolsTraining & Growth Opportunities:At CJ Manufacturing, we believe in investing in our employees.
