NextStep Recruiting is seeking an M&A Associate Attorney for a global law firm, focusing on energy and infrastructure transactions. This role is suitable for an attorney with substantial experience advising on complex transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
  • Conduct legal due diligence and support transaction execution
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary legal teams

Required skills

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
  • 3-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm
