StaffHealth is seeking Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) to join their team in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role involves providing high-quality patient care alongside caregivers, with flexible scheduling options available including part-time and full-time contracts.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer medications and injections
  • Oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and medications
  • Direct and supervise activities of licensed and certified nursing personnel
  • Review residents admitted and assure appropriate implementation of physicians' plan of care
  • Build rapport with patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Collaborate effectively within team settings

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • LVN/LPN State Licensure
  • Current Physical, MMR vaccine, Current PPD, etc.
  • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent
  • Background checks and pre-employment drug screenings
  • 1 year of experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
