StaffHealth is seeking Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) to join their team in Peabody, Massachusetts. The role involves providing high-quality patient care alongside caregivers with the aim of exceeding industry standards. The positions offer flexible scheduling options with part-time, full-time, and long-term contracts available.

Key responsibilities

  • Administering medications & injections
  • Overseeing treatments & ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies
  • Maintaining accurate & detailed records of treatments & medications
  • Directing & supervising activities of licensed & certified nursing personnel
  • Reviewing residents' admission and ensuring the implementation of the physician's plan of care
  • Building rapport with patients
  • Maintaining a clean and healthy environment

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • LVN/LPN State Licensure
  • Current Physical, MMR vaccine, Current PPD
  • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support - BLS or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
