StaffHealth is seeking Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) to join their team in Gainesville, Georgia. The role involves providing high-quality patient care alongside caregivers, with flexible scheduling options available and opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer medications and injections
  • Oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and medications
  • Direct and supervise activities of licensed and certified nursing personnel
  • Review residents' admissions and assure implementation of physicians' plans of care
  • Build rapport with patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Work well in teams

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • LVN/LPN State Licensure
  • Current Physical, MMR vaccine, Current PPD
  • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support or equivalent)
  • Background checks, pre-employment and drug screenings
  • 1 year experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
