Overview

StaffHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their facility in Windsor, CO. The LPN will work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care and will report to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care
  • Complete clear and accurate charting before the end of each shift
  • Report to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor
  • Work alongside caregivers in a Long-Term Care setting
  • Sign timesheet after mandatory 30-minute break

Required skills

  • LPN Certification
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Long-Term Care setting
  • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support or equivalent)
  • Current Physical and PPD
  • COVID-19 vaccination (Complete Series)
  • Clear and accurate charting
  • High School diploma or equivalent
