Job Description

Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with caregivers, reporting to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor. The role requires adherence to specific protocols, including charting and completing mandatory breaks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care alongside caregivers
  • Report to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor
  • Complete clear and accurate charting by the end of each shift
  • Sign timesheet with Supervisor on Duty prior to submission
  • Complete mandatory 30-minute break
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols including Covid vaccination

Required skills

  • LPN Certification
  • At least 6 months of experience in Long-Term Care
  • Current Physical and PPD
  • Valid CPR certification (BLS or equivalent)
  • Background checks and drug screenings
