Overview

StaffHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their facility in Tucson, AZ. The LPN will collaborate with caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Supervisor, and will be involved in direct care and documentation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents under the direction of nursing staff
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Support the implementation of restorative programs
  • Ensure clear and accurate charting completion by the end of each shift
  • Measure and record vital signs

Required skills

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
