Job Description Job Description Compliance Specialist (LVN/LPN) Remote We are seeking a Compliance Specialist (LVN/LPN) to support quality assurance, compliance, audit readiness, and documentation oversight within a regulated healthcare environment. This role works independently to monitor compliance-sensitive processes, identify workflow or billing risks, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and privacy requirements.Qualified candidates will have an active LVN/LPN license and experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, reconciliation, or document control. Experience with HIPAA, AE/PQC reporting, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical programs, and Microsoft Excel is preferred. This is a 100% remote opportunity with a schedule of 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Central Time, with over $60,000 annual salary.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
