Wallick Communities is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at The Ashford of Beavercreek in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable environment
  • Collaborate with the team to provide quality care reflecting core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration
  • Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation

Required skills

  • Valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
  • 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional character with a reliable work ethic
