Overview

Atlanta Access Controls, Inc is looking for a Low Voltage Security Technician in Jefferson, Georgia. The technician will specialize in access control systems, intrusion alarms, and video management systems, while possessing strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, intrusion alarms, and video management systems
  • Perform software installation and programming for security systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems, relay logic, and basic IP networking
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relations
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs
  • Operate safely on ladders and aerial/scissor lift platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Required skills

  • Proficient in access control systems
  • Proficient in intrusion alarms
  • Proficient in video management systems
  • Solid understanding of relay logic
  • Basic IP networking skills
  • Computer skills including software installation and programming
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Clean driving record
