Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to lead installations and maintenance of specialty systems in a company that emphasizes care for its team and supports their professional growth. The ideal candidate will supervise a team while ensuring safety and efficiency in project management and execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems with a team of 5-10 individuals or multiple projects.
  • Performs job duties of a Specialty Systems Technician.
  • Travels to customer premises for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various specialty systems.
  • Enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintains current technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrates effective usage of Faith Performance Advantage.
  • Performs additional related duties as required.

Required skills

  • Experience in cabling installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of BICSI Cabling Installation Program, NICET, and NEC
  • Strong project management skills
  • Team leadership and safety management
  • Familiarity with renewable energy systems and technologies
