This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on sophisticated employment matters for a diverse client base, including complex wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing employment law team.Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing3-6 years of substantive labor and employment law experience Significant experience handling wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters, including matters in state and federal courts Strong background advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environmentsPrior large or sophisticated law firm experience preferredKey Responsibilities Represent employers in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation matters Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolutionAdvise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responses Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documentationRepresent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreementsCollaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needsWhy Join Us?
