Overview

Aya Locums is seeking a full scope General Dentist for a contract role in Browning, MT, with a focus on comprehensive dental care for IHS beneficiaries. The position entails primarily direct patient care in a structured setting, accommodating a patient population aged 8 and above.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care with a focus on routine exams, fillings, and surgical extractions
  • Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations, consultations, and referrals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
  • Document EHR using Dentrix and IHS EHR
  • Deliver general dental services within scope of practice

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted dental license from any U.S. state
  • DEA and BLS certification
  • Strong EHR documentation and coding skills
  • Ability to perform full scope general dentistry
  • Commitment to patient safety and infection control standards
