Job Purpose: The international Imports & Exports Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our international freight department while developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers world-class service to our customers and global partners. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances operational execution with continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee international air, ocean, ground, and rail freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently from origin to destination while maintaining compliance, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our customers, overseas agents, carriers, vendors, customs partners, sales, and internal departments, this role is responsible for building strong relationships, improving operational processes, developing team capability, and driving business performance.
