Overview

Aya Locums is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position in Augusta, GA. The role involves working night shifts in an ICU setting, managing patient care and various procedures with a focus on adults.

Key responsibilities

  • Work 10-12 night shifts per month, ideally including 2 weekends
  • Manage an average daily patient census of 10-15
  • Perform procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheters, and intubations
  • Utilize EMR/Charting Software: EPIC
  • Provide care to adult patients in a hospital ICU setting

Required skills

  • Board Certification as PA or ACNP (no FNP)
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications
