Overview

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum opportunity in Yakima, WA, offering competitive pay of $220 to $230 per hour. The role involves working in an acute care hospital with a diverse case mix and a medically supervised care team model, without any on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer general anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including ENT, general surgery, and pediatrics
  • Support 7 operating rooms in the main Surgery department
  • Manage an average of 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day
  • Work in a medically supervised care team model
  • Ensure that all overtime is pre-approved by the manager
  • Perform surgeries within defined specialties, excluding complex vascular, head spine, and neuro cases

Required skills

  • CRNA Certification
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting
