Overview

National Staffing Solutions is seeking a Locum CRNA to work in Alpena, Michigan. The role involves providing anesthesia services in a hospital-based setting, primarily for adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatrics. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia for general surgical cases including spinal anesthesia and ventilation management
  • Work with a surgical team, supervising a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3
  • Participate in hospital-based operations, managing up to 30 surgical cases per day
  • Collaborate with MDA supervision, with no ICU coverage required

Required skills

  • NBCRNA certification
  • Active Michigan license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience with Epic documentation system
  • Knowledge of adult and geriatric patient care
