Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Local Customer Service Driver to safely transport customer-owned materials between local facilities and customer locations.ResponsibilitiesDrive non-CDL flatbed vehicles, including one-ton and 26-foot flatbed trucksLoad and unload materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Properly secure loads using straps, chains, and bindersInspect materials and packaging before transportVerify shipping paperwork and obtain customer signaturesPhotograph and document pickups and deliveriesOperate a forklift as neededComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain a professional and courteous attitude at customer locationsRequirementsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordPrevious professional delivery or commercial driving experienceExperience driving larger trucks, flatbeds, or similar vehiclesKnowledge of safe load securementAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable attendance and strong communication skillsForklift experience preferredClass A or B CDL preferred, but NOT requiredCompany DescriptionAbout us:Express works with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
