Triad Financial Services is looking for a motivated Loan Support Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves providing administrative and documentation support essential for maintaining efficient loan flow and ensuring timely closings for clients across the nation.

Key responsibilities

  • Order third-party services such as appraisals and title commitments
  • Confirm vendor receipt of orders and required documentation
  • Proactively follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Route completed documents to the Processor for review and approval
  • Track outstanding orders, statuses, and timelines
  • Identify and escalate delays or discrepancies
