Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan recordsPreparing payoff quotes and processing paymentsResearching and resolving customer inquiriesSupporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation trackingAssisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoringCoordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loansEnsuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documentsProviding general operational support to the Loan Servicing teamYou'll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service.
