Overview

First Resource Bank is looking for a motivated Loan Operations Specialist - Pre Closing to join their Lending Team in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient handling of pre-closing tasks and requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial and consumer loan documentation packages for loan closings
  • Coordinate settlement process from pre-closing communication with title companies to post-closing submission of loan packages
  • Follow up with lenders and customers to clear exceptions such as insurance and missing document requirements
  • Manage appraisal ordering and review process, along with various real estate searches and credit reports
  • Prepare memos for Loan Committee presentations related to extensions and modifications
  • Assist with processing transfers, payments, and draw checks for lenders and customers
  • Manage monthly maturity report and prepare temporary extensions according to bank policies
  • Prepare weekly consumer loan rate sheet and maintain appraiser licenses
  • Conduct weekly reviews of the appraisal log and follow up for payment collection
  • Assist with monthly HMDA, CRA, and Non-Originated loan reporting
  • Maintain electronic credit files and assist with inspections and draw requests for construction portfolio
