Overview

First Resource Bank is seeking a full-time Loan Operations Specialist - Pre Closing in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role provides essential support to the Lending Team by ensuring the efficient handling of pre-closing tasks and requires effective communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial and consumer loan documentation for closings
  • Coordinate the settlement process from pre-closing to post-closing
  • Follow up with lenders and customers to clear exceptions and missing documents
  • Manage appraisal ordering and review process
  • Prepare memos for Loan Committee presentations
  • Assist with transfers, payments, and draw checks
  • Manage the monthly maturity report for Lending and Credit Departments
  • Prepare weekly consumer loan rate sheet
  • Track appraiser licenses and insurance
  • Conduct weekly reviews of the appraisal log
  • Assist with HMDA, CRA, and Non-Originated loan information updates
  • Maintain electronic credit files
