Job description: This is a senior Loan Operations / Loan Servicing leader responsible for managing multiple loan servicing functions, not just one team.The person will oversee servicing operations involving:Consumer HELOCMortgageCommercial C&ICREMFRSyndicationSBA servicing and reportingThe role owns the post-closing monetary and non-monetary servicing processes and works closely with Compliance and Legal. Mortgage Loan Servicing is the anchor requirement. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.Minimum 10 years experience in Mortgage Loan Servicing with exposure to SBA servicing and reporting. Knowledgeable in Commercial Lending.5+ years of management experience.Experience managing multi-functional team.Strong knowledge of RCSA and development of policies and proceduresStrong project implementation skillsStrong loan servicing system knowledge.Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with accomplishment of efficiency gains/cost savings.
