Overview

Ease Mortgage is looking for motivated Loan Officer Assistants to support its operations in Troy, Michigan. This role offers a unique opportunity to enter the mortgage industry with comprehensive training, mentorship, and assistance in obtaining the NMLS license.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process
  • Collect and organize borrower documentation
  • Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork and loan updates
  • Coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely closings
  • Learn the full mortgage process from application through funding
  • Prepare for and obtain your NMLS license with company support

Required skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn
  • Previous mortgage, banking, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
