Ben's Structural Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Loader/Paint Booth Operator in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. This role involves loading semi-trailers with fabricated steel components, applying industrial paint finishes, and ensuring smooth material flow in the paint booth. Ideal candidates are active team players who prioritize safety and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

  • Load and unload the paint booth to ensure consistent material flow.
  • Safely load finished steel components for transportation.
  • Operate overhead crane and rigging systems.
  • Read and interpret packing slips to verify job components.
  • Label and paint all pieces according to specifications.
  • Maintain paint inventory and complete requisitions.
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning of paint booth and workspaces.
  • Safely dispose of painting materials and waste.
  • Move trailers as required and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Provide flexible coverage across paint and loading operations.

Required skills

  • Experience with overhead crane operation and rigging.
