Overview

Cariloha is seeking a Live Commerce Producer based in Sandy, Utah, who will be responsible for hosting and scaling a live commerce program. This role blends content creation, sales, and creator partnerships to drive revenue through engaging live sessions and innovative formats, primarily on TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and scale TikTok Shop Live as a revenue channel
  • Host live sessions regularly with a focus on conversion and sales
  • Develop high-performing live formats for product storytelling
  • Build and scale a network of live-selling creators and agencies
  • Create and direct high-performing short-form videos for live selling
  • Manage end-to-end live production ensuring engagement and optimization
  • Track and optimize key metrics to identify winning formats
  • Contribute to the Social Commerce team with content and events

Required skills

  • 2-4+ years of experience in live commerce or content production
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through live or video-based selling
  • Comfortable and confident on camera for extended periods
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and social commerce
  • Experience with filming, lighting, audio setup, and editing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and execution-focused approach
  • Available to travel 30-40% of the time
