Overview

MUELLER CHRISTENSEN LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their team in probate and trust litigation. The role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, requiring three days in the office and two days remote. The candidate will work closely with attorneys and clients to manage case files, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft and file probate judicial council forms, petitions, and accountings
  • Gather and manage information about decedent's assets and debts
  • Serve as a communication bridge between beneficiaries, creditors, and court personnel
  • Assist in distributing assets to beneficiaries
  • Conduct research on the Probate Code and relevant case law
  • Prepare motions, supporting papers, and pleadings for litigation cases
  • Organize and manage case files to ensure readiness
  • Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits
