Overview

As a Litigation Paralegal at Goede, DeBoest & Cross, PLLC, you will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to assigned attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Screen attorneys' calls, calendaring, and scheduling appointments
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal memoranda
  • Prepare correspondence and maintain client files
  • Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed
  • Coordinate and prepare cases for hearings
  • Organize and track case files
  • Assist with trial preparation including witness lists and exhibit lists
  • E-file court filings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
