No exceptions. 5+ years' experience in plaintiff-side Personal Injury Litigations. No exceptions. Proven track record of successful litigation (_favorable outcomes/verdicts, large settlements etc._) Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. No exceptions. Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases. Must able to work under strict deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in summarizing third-party records, drafting briefs, responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion work is required. Attend Court hearings, Mediation, Arbitration as required. Strong legal research and writing skills required and knowledge of proper format and citations. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
