The attorney will focus on personal injury and commercial litigation, working in a small team environment while handling complex civil and insurance defense cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Assist in trying lawsuits
  • Conduct depositions and hearings
  • Collaborate with a small team on complex cases
  • Travel out of state as required
  • Prepare research memos and motions/responses

Required skills

  • 6-10 years of litigation experience
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Texas
