Overview

Amber K. Boyd Attorney at Law is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Indianapolis office. Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and file federal complaints
  • Develop case strategy and theory from intake through trial

  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment
  • Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Prepare cases for trial
  • Communicate directly with sophisticated clients
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff

Required skills

  • Licensed and in good standing (Indiana preferred)
  • 2-6 years of litigation experience preferred
