As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda. Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court. Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in Texas. Minimum of 1-3 years of Texas litigation experience in civil and commercial matters Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Preferred Skills: Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings. xibtplm Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).
