Law Firm Seeking Attorney Parsippany-based medical and dental malpractice defense firm seeking Attorney. Attorney Responsibilities include: Handling all aspects of discovery including depositions Attending court conferences Drafting motions, briefs, etc. Arguing motions Communicating with clients Prior medical/dental malpractice experience is a plus, but is not required. The Attorney must be dedicated and dependable, and have good communication skills. The Attorney must be licensed in New Jersey, and have 2 to 4 years experience. This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience. Medical/dental benefits, 401(k), paid holidays and personal/vacation time, and reimbursement for CLE courses.
