Peterson & Associates, P.C. is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to represent clients in legal disputes and ensure their interests are defended. Key responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages
  • Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel
  • Draft petitions, discovery, and motions
  • Prepare for and take depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Handle trial preparation and trials
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case
